What:  5K Run (& 1-mile Fun Walk)

When: Saturday, October 22, 2011

Where: Goshen High School
              222 Scotchtown Avenue, Goshen, NY

Time: 10AM (registration begins at 8:30 AM)
           11:15 AM for Children's Fun Run

Cost: $25 minimum (donation or in sponsorship) if 
          received by 10/14/11; $30 on race day.
          $15 minimum with no t-shirt; $20 on race day.

Pre-Registration: Participants can register online through Active.com by clicking on the "Register Now" button below. Please consider making your own donation page for the race!

     If you would prefer to register by mail (or on the day of the race), click on the link below to download a registration/sponsorship form.  If you plan to bring your form the day of the race and would like a t-shirt, please email us at info@fjrfoundation.org by 10/14/11 to let us know you're coming!

Additional donations may be brought on the day of the race and will be counted toward the participant's fundraising total. Each participant who raises $150 or more will receive a free subscription to Runner's World magazine; those who raise $500 or more will be entered to win a flat-screen TV!

Awards: T-shirts for all entrants who register for one by October 14th (sorry, t-shirts can’t be guaranteed after this date). Awards to top 3 overall male and female finishers and the top male and female finisher in each of the following age brackets:

13 & under
14-16
17-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
Over 60

Children's Fun Run: The Fun Run will take place at 11:15 on the track at GHS. There is no charge for the Fun Run. Award for the winner in each age bracket, balloons to all participants.

Food/Entertainment: There will be food & refreshments with live music following the race.  Free for participants, $10 for others.
